For a seventh straight week, New Canaan sits atop the Bill Gonillo Five Fairfield County high school football poll, presented by the FCIAC Football Blog.
The Rams received 10 of the 11 first-place votes. Second-place Darien received the other first place vote.
Brookfield moved up to third place, followed by Ridgefield and Masuk.
The Bill Gonillo 5 is a weekly poll conducted by the FCIAC Football Blog and voted on by sports media members who cover teams and leagues based in Fairfield County. Updated results are announced every Monday during the football season.
