What example are we setting? This is football. Are we not trying to build character and toughness? There should be a First Team, a Second Team and Honorable Mention for offense and defense. Otherwise, this current trend of giving everyone something cheapens it for those who trule earn and deserve recognition. Can anyone explain how we got here?

Is this being done to pad player resumes for college recruiting and applications? Do they really think coaches are that dumb? They already generally look over CT as a soft state to begin with and here we go reinforcing the stereotype.

They should definately have only 1 All FCIAC team. Then after that they could have an All East, West and Central. The other thing, if these are "TRUE" All FCIAC selections, why are there more than one person at certain positions?

Congrats to everyone who made it.

Congrats too all the players who made it!

Question: Why does CT have more all state and all league players than CA and Texas, states with much better football and larger populations. The 5-10 kids in Fairfield County who did not make ALL FCIAC must feel terrible.

Do the other CT leagues also have teams? This is a little farsical, no?
