Maybe, just maybe, Warde is for real. Congratulations to rookie head coach Duncan Della Volpe, who led the Mustangs to a 14-0 win tonight over Darien, a team that went 12-2 last season but did lose 18 starters.

Hopefully more details will come out soon. I know Pat Pickens of the Fairfield Citizen had a stringer there, so there should be something written soon. Not sure if the Hearst Connecticut conglomerate of daily papers staffed it or not… but we shall see.
